We provide welcoming, accessible homes strategically located near public transport, shops, medical services, and other amenities for maximum convenience.
Recognising that needs vary, we usually set up entirely new properties to best suit each individual. With access to a wide array of suitable homes across Victoria, our experts collaborate closely with trusted partners, developers, and agents to source or establish the right solution. We can do this wherever in the state you prefer. This allows us to match your location preferences, accessibility requirements, and specific support needs effectively.
Our typical setups include options like 4-bedroom homes (often with en-suite bathrooms for added privacy), 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, and 1-bedroom options with 1 or 2 bathrooms. This flexibility ensures there’s something suitable for different household sizes, compatibility needs, and personal space preferences.
To make everyday life more enjoyable and supportive, we focus on creating vibrant, homely environments. Many of our homes feature recreational amenities such as table tennis tables, PlayStations, comfortable lounges for gaming or movie nights, and spaces for shared activities. All of this helps foster fun, social connections, relaxation, and skill-building in a relaxed setting.
We can place homes in various suburbs across Melbourne such as Melton, Werribee, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Frankston, Lilydale, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Dandenong, and more, as well as regional Victoria areas like Bendigo, Geelong, Ballarat, and beyond. Availability and your goals determine the best location. Currently, we have an established home in Melton, with strong options to locate supports statewide.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) covers the ongoing daily support you receive, such as help with personal care, meals, household tasks, medication and community involvement. It’s funded separately under your Core: Daily Living budget.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funds the specialised housing itself—properties built or adapted with features like accessible bathrooms, hoists or wide doorways for those with very high needs.
Many participants combine both: living in an SDA home while receiving SIL supports from our team for a complete, person-centred setup.
When we provide SIL supports, our homes come fully equipped with essential furniture, appliances, and white goods to create a safe, comfortable, and ready-to-live-in environment from day one.
We encourage you to personalise your bedroom and shared spaces, bring your own items, décor, or belongings to make it feel truly like home. Our team can assist with decisions and setup where possible. If you’re using a property you’ve arranged yourself, we can assess what’s already there and help identify any additional needs.
