Our Vision to be the benchmark in quality of service delivery and quality of outcomes for participants on the NDIS.
Moreland Home Care was established in 2017. We are a family run business based in Melbourne with offices in Melbourne and Perth.
We support participants across VIC and WA and are passionate about true enhancement of quality of life.
We are a small NDIS provider and this means we focus on customised services and are able to cater for all our participants’ individual needs.
Our area of expertise is participants who have had experience in the justice system. We can provide support pre and post release and assist you with all the challenges of reintegration. We are specialists in supporting participants with CCOs, parole requirements, hearings, assistance with legal representation and much more.
